Pelvic Health

Whether it’s your first time seeing a pelvic health specialist or you are looking for a second opinion, I will listen to your history and assess your individual needs and set up a comprehensive care plan.

Manual Therapy

An intuitive hands-on treatment approach that consists of a combination of myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, joint and soft tissue mobilization, lymphatic drainage and acupressure.

Second Opinion

Too often in our medical system people can get lost, feel like they have not been heard, and be unsure where to turn or what to do next. I listen to your story, concerns, and the challenges you have faced, then use my education and experience to suggest next steps in your health journey.

What People Are Saying

  • "Stacy is a wealth of knowledge in women's health, pelvic floor and trauma. She is kind and compassionate in her care, meeting you where you are, not pushing you. When I met Stacy, I was struggling with several pelvic health issues and had been for many years. All are much better and I have returned fully to my active lifestyle."

    — Kelly - Former client

  • "Stacy is the best PT I've ever been to - in fact she's really the only PT I dare see because sometimes PT or massage backfires and triggers pain for me. She is knowledgable, attentive, thoughtful, careful and highly intuitive - there is just something magical about her treatments that's hard to quantify. She's always the person I want to consult when I have pain, or other medical issues. I trust her totally."

    — Current Client

  • Stacy listens with great respect and kindness. There is a feeling of being a team together. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable, along with being deeply intuitive in her practice. She significantly helps me move through challenges. Very healing work!"

Book an Appointment

What you can expect on your first pelvic health visit:

A first visit for a pelvic health consultation will focus on a private, comprehensive review of your medical history, symptoms and goals. Stacy will talk through your options for assessing, including an internal exam. An internal exam is optional and consent-based and often people choose to have it on the second visit after working on some suggestions for homework. Typically, a first visit will establish a preliminary care plan and homework that could consist of exercises, modifications to life habits, or information gathering for our next session.

What to expect on your manual therapy visit:

The first visit will consist of a review of your medical history and what you would like to achieve with treatment. You will relax on a massage table wearing comfortable clothing. Stacy will work with your body with different manual therapies. Most people feel warmth, pressure, calm and deep relaxation. Falling asleep is common and perfectly fine.
